How Long Will Shipping Take?
Physical Products:
- Shipping within Romania: 2–3 business days
- Shipping within the European Union: 5–7 business days
- International shipping: 10–14 business days
Digital Downloads:
Digital products are available for immediate download upon purchase.
How Will I Receive My Digital Purchase?
Upon completing your purchase you will be immediately provided a download link to your product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your download(s). If you don't receive your downloads, wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email spam folder. If you still haven't received your purchase, please contact us.
Can I change or return my items?
Return Policy
We accept returns of physical color fans within 30 days of purchase, in accordance with European Union regulations. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed via PayPal within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on digital purchases. However, if you encounter any issues or have concerns, please reach out to us — we are happy to work with you to find a solution.
